Well ditto. I didn't say that. Blacks murdering each other is A WAY LARGER ISSUE than the tinny tinsy white cops police brutality thing. UM the overwhelming fact blacks murder each other 95% of the time and white racist police brutality is abysmally tiny in comparison.

When we watch a fight. MMA is the exception. We believe the fight should stop when the fighter can no longer get up. The fight ends when the boxer is knocked out as one example.

But in the street is is the same thing. Why did Drejka find himself convicted for shooting a guy who had shoved him? Because he pulled the gun. Hesitated. And as he hesitated the “attacker” began moving away. The threat had ended. There was no longer a threat to life. So the need for lethal force had ended as well. The shooting was viewed as gratuitous.

Now you can ramble on about Narcan and all that. And if anything it actually makes the cop look worse. Because what everyone saw was a man dying. And they watched it for minutes.

Let’s turn it around. Let’s look at how you all responded when a cop was beaten on a subway platform? How awful the people were for not coming to the aid of a cop in distress.

What I saw in every case is a human being. It may be necessary to take a life. It may be justified in certain circumstances. It is never a good thing. Taking a life is something that should be done only to defend a life. Never is it justice.

It was the cops fault. Not only did he refuse to assist the victim. But he prevented others with medical training from assisting the victim. And that is inexcusable.

It wasn’t the lack of Narcan that doomed Floyd. It was the reckless disregard for a mans life by the cop.

Floyd had a huge pre existing heart problem coupled with a proven fentanyl addition and he overdosed a month earlier and he obviously was having a fentanyl addiction meltdown at the time.
