My Junior High has a girl on its football team. Should she be in the boys locker room for pre-game and post game?

The vast majority of poker champions are men, dumbass.
You are really out of your depth, Sir.

The majority of chess champions are men also, as well as the majority of doctors, lawyers, engineers, nuclear physicists, etc. That doesn't mean that men have an innate ability to play chess or any other intellectual pursuits better than women.

If they had that ability as you claim, they would excel to the point of championships. Name one!

Annette Obrestad.

You embarrass yourself, Sir! Read up on the game of poker, or ask questions respectfully of those more informed about it, which at this piont you should assume is everyone, but myself in particular.

World Series of Poker Europe[edit]

On 17 September 2007 Obrestad won the inaugural World Series of Poker Europe Main Event the day before her 19th birthday.[5] By winning the one million-pound sterling (US$2.01 million at the time of the event) first prize she edged the record for a single-event payout to a female player set previously by poker professional Annie Duke when she won $2 million at the 2004 Tournament of Champions, which was an invitational event. Prior to the 2007 WSOPE, Obrestad had only cashed in four other live poker tournaments.[6] Obrestad currently holds second place among Norwegian poker players in the all-time money list in live tournaments.[7]

The reason Obrestad did not win the U.S. championship that year is that she was to young to "gamble" in the U.S.

So you found ONE example. Pathetic!

Not the first. A few years ago we had two of them. Both big girls who were able to be first string because my school is ninety percent low-income Hispanic first generation Americans. Shorter kids who grew up playing soccer in the street instead of football or baseball on a vacant lot. Any bgoy that did play little league football is automatically a start, becuase most of them don't even know the rules before they join the team.

The two girls from two years ago were a redneck rawboned girl and a tall Hispanic plus-size girl. They played the line, offense and defense nearly every down. They could hold back the boys from the other team. Now we have a girl who is not so large. She's quick and nimble, so she's good for first down when it's third and four.

I know the Reps on here are thinking "hell no!" The Dem are already thinking, 'of course they should be in the boy's locker room! We are whatever gender we say we are at the moment, you hateful transphobe!'

But no.

None of the three identify as male. The girl this year is the only one of the three who doesn't completely like a girl when she's not wearing her uniform. The Redneck girl was dating a tenth grade boy who the principal of junior high had tresspassed for picking her up after school in his pickup. The large Hispanic was not of much interest to the boys because she was more like plus plus sized, but she seemed to be trying to talk to them. The girl this year hasn't openly stated her preference, but does say "female" when a substitute asks her, which is often.

So, they are cisgender girls on the football team with mainly boys. Should they also be allowed in the locker room, even though at least two of them will be checking out the boys and being checked out by them?

Remember, this has nothing to do with trans, whatsoever.

Do they have a girl's locker room?

Sir, you specified ONE example. What is wrong with you, dude?

I actually mentioned Annie Duke, another woman poker champion - not a champion of women's poker - so you got a bonus.

If you need more, there are plenty.

Cute indeed.

Obrestad is my favorite player of all time, male or female. But she kinda ballooned up so the speak as she played in American casinos and took full advantage of the all you can eat buffets. Trying to lose weight undid her poker career. She married a fitness trainer and started a project where she still ate food she loved but lost weight. A daunting task, that she started obsessing over.

She didn't have time for two obsessions, so poker fell by the wayside. The game evolves and she was left behind. Now she reviews Las Vegas Venues on one channel and gives crazy make up tips on another. One of her Vegas videos was entitled "I guess I'm not so bad at slots."

I wept openly.

Still clutching at straws I see. Pathetic!

So are they undressed during the motivational talks?
Some of them are, especially as the players are arriving and getting ready for the game. It's a locker room. Getting undressed and re-dressed is the purpose.

I'm not sure where you are going with your questions. You seem to be looking for an alternative to female football players being allowed in the locker room. Isn't the simplest solution to say, "they are football players and it is time to get ready for the game. The locker room is where we do that."
