Lehel stated that he had access to then-Secretary of State Clinton’s personal email server. He saw that it was an easy target and described it as “an open orchid,” basically stating that the security surrounding the server was easily bypassed.

Lehel, who spoke via a translator, said that Clinton’s server was unprotected and that he had total access to the server. Her email server to him, an experienced hacker, “was like an open orchid on the Internet, as many such servers are.”

During the interview, McFadden added that Lehel told her he had downloaded things from the server but he could not provide those materials because he was in prison.

Dear longknife Yeah, the public would have to see proof of such claims, such as actual documents.
The burden of proof is on the accuser, it is not the accused who has to prove innocence.
So this loophole is abused by lawyers who know to take the Fifth Amendent -- deny things first until proven and forced to admit anything; and it takes a lot more to prove guilt and to convince people the charges are worth the cost of pursuing. I don't agree with ABUSING the Fifth Amendment this way. I believe there is still the right of others to be protected from obstruction of justice. That's fine if you don't want to testify against yourself, but giving false information is going too far. I'd say if you want a say in the judgment and punishment against you, then this should require the same degree of cooperation and sharing of information with authorities; and if you want to withhold part or all of the information, that same loss of input should be denied when it comes to defense and having a say in the punishment and restitution owed. If a group of people, like Obama Clinton and whoever else involved in the security failure that got people killed in Benghazi want to take the Fifth and not say who was responsible for what part, as long as ALL of them agree to the corrections and restitution demanded of citizens or survivors who complain of wrongful death, then if the grievances are satisfied, it should not matter which people in the group admit to doing what. If you want to take the Fifth Amendment, you should also give up your other rights proportionally; and in no way should "justice be obstructed" if you want to keep something between you and God. You should still agree to provide the requested restitution so you have the right to remain silent on any details that aren't necessary for the punishment or correction to be completed in full so there is still justice served.
