You hear a lot about people living longer. But there is something you don't hear much about. Within the medical community one of the most difficult and interesting areas is the all too common condition of multiple major medical problems in people, especially older persons. This condition is called multimorbidity or comorbidity, neither of which sounds good. Morbidity refers to the presence of illness or disease. Treating patients with a number of serious problems turns out to be a very, very big challenge.

Those god damned non-smokers!

Selfish bastards live far beyond any use and they expect the rest of us to pay for their freaking hip, knee, kidney corea replacements, and to keep their broken worthless fucking bodies alive while they shit themselves in bed.

There ought to be a TAX on non-smokers.

An even greater tax on people who exercise and take care of themselves, too.

I've seen numerous studies showing the cost of treating non-smokers will far surpass the cost of treating smokers who die at an earlier age. If it really gets bad though, we can look the to movie "Logan's Run" for some answers to help reduce those costs.
