As Dershowitz shows all these Democrats AND THE BIASED MSM are really making a really big deal out of NOTHING!

Dershowitz: Comey confirms that I'm right - and all the Democratic commentators are wrong

Alan Dershowitz.....

I write this short op-ed as Comey finishes his testimony. I think it is important to put to rest the notion that there was anything criminal about the president exercising his constitutional power to fire Comey and to request – “hope” – that he let go the investigation of General Flynn.
Just as the president would have had the constitutional power to pardon Flynn and thus end the criminal investigation of him, he certainly had the authority to request the director of the FBI to end his investigation of Flynn.

So let’s move on and learn all the facts regarding the Russian efforts to intrude on American elections without that investigation being impeded by frivolous efforts to accuse President Trump of committing a crime by exercising his constitutional authority.

Alan M. Dershowitz, Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law, Emeritus and author of Taking the Stand: My Life in the Law and Electile Dysfunction.

So as President, Trump can even request the investigation to end and if it continued and Flynn found guilty, President Trump can pardon him!

So let's look at the pardons offered by Clinton/Obama...
While most presidents grant pardons throughout their terms, Clinton chose to make nearly a third of them on January 20, 2001, his last day in office. This came to be known as Pardongate[2][not in citation given]. While Clinton pardoned a large number (450)[3] of people compared with his immediate predecessor Republican George H. W. Bush, who only pardoned 75, the number of people pardoned by Clinton was comparable to Republican Ronald Reagan and Democrat Jimmy Carter, who pardoned 406 and 566 respectively.[4]

Federal prosecutor Mary Jo White was appointed to investigate the pardon of Marc Rich. She was later replaced by then-Republican James Comey, who found no illegality on Clinton's part.

On August 11, 1999, Clinton commuted the sentences of 16 members of FALN, which is a Puerto Rican paramilitary organization that set off 120 bombs in the United States, mostly in New York City and Chicago.
Bill Clinton pardon controversy - Wikipedia

By the end of his presidency on January 20, 2017, Barack Obama had exercised his constitutional power to grant executive clemency—that is, "pardon, commutation of sentence, remission of fine or restitution, and reprieve"[1]—to 1,927 individuals convicted of federal crimes. Of the acts of clemency, 1,715 were commutations (including 504 life sentences) and 212 were pardons.[2] Most individuals granted executive clemency by Obama had been convicted on drug charges,[3] and had received lengthy and sometimes mandatory sentences at the height of the War on Drugs.[4]

Obama holds the record for the largest single-day use of the clemency power, granting 330 commutations on January 19, 2017, his last full day in office.[5][6] He also has issued more commutations than the past thirteen presidents combined.[2][7]
Barack Obama - Wikipedia

This was already posted and in short he believes that as President any action he takes is legal.

Therefore if Republicans believe this then they've been accusing Obama of crimes for no reason all this time.

But as you can see from their constant crying, they themselves font even believe that.

It's all about power and control for the commie left. They simply don't give a shit about what's right, legal or ethical. The former president meeting privately with the AG while his wife is running for office and troubled by email/server problems is not an issue. Trump hoping for and end to a democrat witch hunt is a national scandal. You cannot reason with these types of beings.
