Because it doesn't say it's due to deliberate discrimination, libs will be upset, but it also doesn't figure in women chosing lower paying fields and quitting and working part time as an impact on how much they get paid. So naturally the liberal conclusion from this is to further feminize boys to achieve "equality".. They currently aren't pussified enough, but eventually in the future if boys are pussified enough they might to strive so hard and work and may be too chicken to ask for a raise.

No it doesn't. What benefits men is just plain 'confidence'. From working several decades in construction I've worked mostly with men, although I've also had the pleasure of working along side many capable women. I remember some of them working in management and others doing engineering/tech work. I do not remember meeting one single woman who ever worked with explosives or operated heavy equipment.





Too scary maybe.
