More dead from COVID-19 than from Viet Nam War by April 26

The title of the thread is a lie and the thread should be closed on that premise.

Just over 58,000 Americans were killed during the Vietnam War.

Covid-19's still got a ways to go from the posted 47,684...

How do you know it's a lie?

Today is April 24th. The 26th isn't until Sunday. We don't know what the total will be by then but as of today that total is over 50 thousand. If the number of dead doesn't exceed Vietnam by Sunday I can guarantee it will within a few days.

Quibbling over the number of days is really stupid.

Does it matter if we exceed that total by Sunday or a few days later?

The point is that by then more people will have died in just 3 months than died in the 2 decades of the Vietnam war.

The point is that the dying isn't going to stop and if it continues at this rate it will exceed 100 thousand by mid summer.

Doesn't that bother you? Don't you think that listening to people who are experts on this is the better thing to do instead of what has been happening? Our president spent the first over 2 months saying it was a democratic hoax all out to get him and that it would magically disappear by April. And other very moronic and irresponsible things that have resulted in the total disaster we have now.

This didn't have to happen. The virus isn't trump's fault. His response or rather total blunder is his fault and responsibility.

Trump must have some mad scientific skills to manufacture a virus like he did.

And look at his planning too. It's killing people in mostly Democrat areas; not that it would stop them from voting of course....... :auiqs.jpg:

What a dumbass.
The virus arrived in America via airline passengers entering the country through coastal cities from China and Europe: San Fran, Los Angeles, New York.
Those are blue cities/states. Has nothing to do with political parties.

The dumbshits have their heads in the sand or up Trump's ass.
In 7 -1/2 weeks over 50,000 people have died. (Feb 29 - April 24)
It's not in THEIR town yet so it's not real.
But it's on its way so they should get down on their knees and pray to Trump that he can stop it.

Yeah! Donald's management of this crisis is just GREAT. Fantastic! Incredible!
Deny something exists for 2 months and it WILL come and bite you in the ass.

2341 people died from COVID-19 yesterday.

The death total jumped by over 3 thousand over night.

The death toll is now over 50 thousand and looks to be on track to exceed the deaths of the Vietnam war by the 26th.

I notice the OP gave a thumbs up to the new deaths.

You really are a slimy, greasy POS.
I was giving Dana a thumbs up for posting the FACTS.
Something which you are totally unencumbered with.

Here's a few more facts:

I look forward to seeing what percentage of the death number is really convid.

I hope that the media will print it. Probably will only be circulated online.
That will be the last thing the media will want to promote.
Outside of a couple large metropolitan areas the virus has had minimal impact DESPITE antibody testing showing that people have in fact had it.

My wife just checked the death numbers for our city. THey are DOWN from yesterday, apparently they are doing some verifying, and finding out that some guesses were wrong.

Yo silly 80000 people died from the flu in 2018 and you didnt care
"That's huge," Dr, William Schaffer, a vaccine expert at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, told the AP. He said that 80,000 deaths is more than double the number expected in a typical "bad" flu season. In recent years, the annual flu death toll has ranged from 12,000 to 56,000 deaths, the CDC said.

Yea it was a really bad flu YEAR (not 6 weeks) you would think that given that experience, that the Administration
would be a little more prepared...but...nope
Actually one would think that Fauci would have recommended locking down the USA in 2018 but it wasnt a presidential election year

Carry on masterbating

And yet you keep cheering on more death.

I remember when Trumpybear and some of his supporters proudly stood on top of the thousands who died from H1N1 in 2009-2010, to proclaimed the greatness of his response to Covid-19. How's that comparison working out now?

No, there was no wishing for death as many on the left are doing right now.

FYI: Andrew Cuomo admitted he made mistakes and it was on him to open and close his state...

So how many died because of Bill de Blasio and Andrew Cuomo not taking the virus seriously at first?

How do you know it's a lie?

Because it was offered as a fact and there's absolutely nothing to support it being true...

The point is that by then more people will have died in just 3 months than died in the 2 decades of the Vietnam war.

If you're a completely healthy 30 or 40 something, and you contract the virus, you've got a better chance of surfing a reef break in Kansas than you do of dying from Covid-19...

Our president spent the first over 2 months saying it was a democratic hoax all out to get him and that it would magically disappear by April. And other very moronic and irresponsible things that have resulted in the total disaster we have now.

On January 19 of this year a man showed up at a hospital in Snohomish County, Washington. Bear in mind, at this time no one knew this was the coronavirus. That was confirmed the next day, January 20. The announcement was made on January 21. Trump's travel ban was effective ten days later, February 2. For this travel ban, Trump was labeled a racist and a xenophobe by the very same idiots who are now saying he waited to long to put a travel ban in place...

This didn't have to happen. The virus isn't trump's fault. His response or rather total blunder is his fault and responsibility.

Without completely shutting down our birders to everyone, there was no way to guarantee that the virus wouldn't breach our borders. Liberals would've lost their fuckin' minds at that...

The President did what he did based on the best information at the time and despite the push-back he received from those who now feel justified in criticizing the President. At this point, we can only hope that the virus claims more lives from the left than it does the right...

The President is not a doctor. His actions were based on what the CDC and his medical staff were suggesting. That's all that President Trump could do. It's the same thing Obama would have done, GW would have done, and Bill Clinton would have done. It's why we have these organization and people in our federal government.

Those are blue cities/states. Has nothing to do with political parties.

It was first discovered in Washington. But isn't Trump a genius for that planning?

How is using the deaths of Americans from (h1n1) 2009-20010 as politically pro Trump all that different than listing the covid-19 American daily death count as politically anti-Trump?

Covid-19 deaths in the US didn't pass the 500 mark until March 23. Forty-nine thousand of those deaths are in 31 days.

it will never be released. When the world discovers the truth, they plan to be long out of office or died of natural causes and therefore immune to the public wrath.

But, we are lucky that YOU know the truth!!:abgg2q.jpg:

We have gone from his base accepting that Trump is a pathologically liar, all the way down to their acceptance of the fact that Trump is getting American civilians killed. I guess that if he drops a nuclear bomb on Tahiti, his base will find a reason why that is a good thing.

If the temperature keeps increase at the same rate it is increasing now, by midnight it will be 200 degrees!
