I have seen racism among all ethnic groups and skin pigmentation Mostly from a small vocal percentage. Bigotry on the other hand I have seen a lot on the job sites I have worked on. A big part of the damage is that the racism from blacks against whites is misdirecting the efforts and focus of the next generation. So many are now convinced that they deserve reparations, and thus to see it to fruition, focus on all the wrongs of the past rather than the opportunities, and outright favoritism is some arenas, of the present - and work in that direction.

Energy and time are finite, and all should be focused on imparting the value of marriage before children, completing high school at a minimum and ideally going on for career training, and ramping down on the high crime rates rather than remain mired in the past and build resentment.

We are not talking about the past. You are blaming Whites today for what other Whites did historically. Studies have shown that blacks today harbor more prejudiced attitudes than Whites

That‘s not because of racism. That‘s because of the shameful 72% oit of wedlock birthrate, and the associated problems like poverty and high crime that come with it. Things won’t improve until blacks bring down these numbers.
