This does not look natural. Nothing in nature is straight lines. 3 edges are perfectly strait. I wonder what it is?

Why is it that no matter how vast the diameter of a meteor crater on the Moon, they all have the same depth?
 
Those are blank pixels and they are in the camera not the moon.

That's very similar to my impression, on seeing that image. An artifact of the quantization of the actual image of the moon (which contains no clear rectangles or straight lines) to overloaded square pixels in the digital image. I have no doubt that if this image had enough of a higher resolution, we would not see this effect at all.
