Schools are in dire need of teachers who can teach basic law enforcement. A recent study found that 73% of already graduated 17 year olds did not know that it is a CRIME to hit somebody.
They had received zero education on how to behave in police confrontations. Ignorance of which has gotten numerous people shot & killed by cops.
