MLB has four 100-win teams for first time

Yeah, you will have that when 16 of the 30 teams are tanking the season from day one. MLB needs to fix this.
You have teams with the money and teams without. There was a time when it was much more even between markets. Large local TV contracts combined with free agency has given some teams a big advantage.

Here's something I'd like to know. The Empire State Building is 90 years old. The Brooklyn Bridge is 136 years old. We hold people in prisons, some which are over 100 years old, but almost every major city in American can afford to replace their enormous stadiums every 20 years . How can this be ?

I agree. I read where the Arizona Diamondbacks want a new stadium! Just spruce up the current modern one.

The owners realize that by threatening to leave they can extort brand new stadium deals to house their multi billion dollar teams

Dodger Stadium is 60 years old, Fenway is over a hundred
Most others are under 25

Big money does not always win. In recent years, the Astros and KC have managed to win

There was never really a time when every team had a chance. In the 30s, 40’s and 50’s the Yankees won almost every year. Teams like the Browns never had a chance. Second division teams would sell off players to rich teams just to make payroll

KC had a window of opportunity with its draft picks. And they drafted well. Signed a few free agents and they won. The Astros were terrible for many years and even traded talent for draft pick players and their own drafts. They have stayed on top. However I believe they have a good local TV contract now also.

Dodgers and Yankees spend more than anyone

But the Yankees have not won in ten years and the Dodgers have not won in thirty years

No guarantees. But a chance to win it if making the playoffs. Two storied clubs. The Phillies have been around for near 140 years. They have two world championships to show for it although the World Series started in 1903. They still sucked before. Most times a second division club. Most times in last place. And most losses by any team in history.
