I like his sense of humor.. for me I liked most of his movies but, "Young Frankenstein" and "the Producers" would be my favorites. "Springtime for Hitler", from the Producers still makes me laugh..

Though not one of his classics....I always loved "Spaceballs"

My favs are The Producers and The Twelve Chairs.
 
It's surprising how much Mel Brooks has been involved with and I'm also surprised that no one mentioned "High Anxiety", I thought that was a great movie.
