This happens there in the Carolinas and people have fought for years to try to get their families back together. There was a guy on here years ago that they went after because they home schooled and instead of paying forever on a bank loan they were fixing the house up a piece at a time. They happened to catch the children running to grandma's house next door barefoot in the winter and they gave them their opening to steal the children.
