God, I can't even remember the last time I ate at MickeyD's.

Oh, wait! I do remember. I got a Quarter Pounder with cheese at the MickeyD's in Liverpool and it amazed me that I went halfway around the world and that shit tasted exactly the same as it did at home!

When I went overseas I always had to have a Big Mac in every country that has one.
I had one in Heilbronn Germany and Yokosuka Japan. I found one in London close to Buckingham Palace.

It was the one thing I knew that wouldn't taste like shit.

I also had a Guinness Extra Stout that tasted totally different from the crap they sell here in the states.

There are pubs here in the States which sell "true" Guiness, but they're few and far between and, from what I understand, have to be certified by Fergal Murray, the the Guinness brewmaster who teaches Conan how to pour a proper pint in the video, in order to do it. It's an investment on the pub's part to buy the proper equipment (not to mention paying for the brewmaster's flight, hotel and expenses).

I know of one such pub; O'Donoghue's Bar & Restaurant in Manhattan. Almost their entire staff is from Ireland...
