Sadiq Khan set for decisive re-election as London mayor according to latest poll

Sadiq Khan is heading for a decisive re-election Mayor of London, according to a fresh poll.

The study by Queen Mary University of London suggests the current occupant of City Hall will win 49% in the first round of voting - just under the threshold needed to get over the line without second preferences.

Not my favourite politician but preferable to the tories.

14.7% of London's population are muslim, as opposed to 44.5% who are Christian, the rest either don't care, or belong to other faiths, including Jedis
