Mark Herring will not defend gay marriage ban (VA)

Newly elected Attorney General of Virginia, Mark Herring, has stated he will not defend the state's constitutional ban on gay marriages as he has found it unconstitutional. Instead he will side with the plaintiffs making legal action against it.

This is rather profound as multiple lawsuits are working their way through the courts in Virginia to take down the gay marriage ban. With Utah and Oklahoma already looking toward the Supreme Court...it will now be at least THREE states that have declared gay marriage bans unconstitutional and each additional state that joins in makes the standing that much stronger. Could we see nationwide gay marriage by the end of 2014? It sounded crazy a year ago...now? It's a very real possibility.

One state does not a national policy make. After all, if the leftists had campaigned for a legal animal brothel, the connection would have been made and the normalization of homosexuality would go no further. The nation would have vomited the idea out along side of the road. Look at countries that have normalized homosexuality, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, all have legal animal brothels.

Once a culture starts down the path of depravity it doesn't stop until it reaches the end. I have been following the efforts of anti animal cruelty efforts in other countries to stop the rape of pet cats and dogs. Those efforts are failing because of the danger such limits pose to homosexual rights. You can choose another depravity if you like, the change in terminology to legalize pedophilia, incest, polygamy or polyamory if you will. I hate to see animals hurt.

The normalization of homosexuality is a symptom of a society that is very sick, in fact, terminal waiting only for some other culture to come along and end the suffering.

Germany doesn't have gay marriage, Denmark has only had gay marriage since mid-2012.

Conservatives should never have defended segregation.
