Maricopa County certifying election is live....

Stop the bullshit some areas were very seriously affected. They were Republican areas almost exclusively. Lie to someone else .The MSM is not covering this because even with no claims of fraud there were enough mistakes for another election. They know the vast majority of Americans would side with Lake.
With all the mishaps Arizona has had over the past century with their elections, has there ever in their history, had an opportunity to have ANOTHER election to replace the election they had?

Is it even an option under their election law?

The machines failed miserably and were supposed to be checked and in perfect working condition. That alone nullifies the election. Fraud does not even need to be mentioned.

As memory serves. The Elections in the county are overseen by Republicans. So the Democrats cheated by letting Elected Republicans run the election they were responsible for?

This is pretty convoluted.

How many court rulings have it as established law that if you are in line as the polls close you are still eligible to vote?

So who forced them to leave? Nobody right?

The idiots like Last will keep demanding do overs until they win.

There is a first time for everything, isn't there?

No, having a third or more of all the machines in the state's main republican regions but nowhere else all go down the day of the election leaving thousands, tens of thousands waiting in line HOURS, or forced to leave without voting IS grounds for a redo! Meantime, if just 5 democrats were denied their precious right to vote you'd want heads on poles!

The only spit in the face here is you, trying to gaslight the issue, making you the total asshole.

Say that to yourself over and over fifty times now, niblick. Your 2 cents ain't even worth a plug nickel.
No machine went down.

It was not just republican voting districts, heavily leaning democratic districts had the same problems.

The scanners could not read the printed ballots in some cases, because the ink from their printers were too light.

If you ballot was not able to be read by the scanner, then you could put your ballot in to BOX#3, on the scanner itself, which then would be hand counted later....

Or you could check out, and go to another location two miles or so away.... 17000 voters used Box#3 to cast their ballots, that had to be hand counted.

In Arizona, 80% of their votes are early vote/absentee vote. This is why it takes longer than a Florida where only 28% are absentee votes... So only 20% of their state voters tried to vote on election day....

In Maricopa county....and maybe even the whole state, citizens do not have to vote in their home district voting place. You can vote anywhere, at any voting place. In order to accomplish this.... all voting places have to print you a ballot that corresponds to who is on the ballot in your voting district when you check in. Those printers were not printing dark enough in many cases and were being rejected by vote counting scanners.

There are questions to be answered on this royal mishap, no doubt! And it did take up more time with voters and some chaos, cuz workers didn't know what to do at first, or how to check out voters without them voting, and all kinds of rumors and fear spread.

But I had read yesterday in an Arizona news story, when all said and done, there were Only 194 voters in Maricopa county, who checked in to a voting place, that did not check out, and to check out means your vote was cast and counted, by machine or in the BOX#3 TO be counted later.

Prove that now.

Printer problems did cause delays as completed ballots could not be counted through on-site tabulators. But the problem did not prevent the ballots from being batched and counted. It had to be hellish on these poll workers considering the rise in election Karens.
printer problems? you mean, given all the issues they've had, they'd not test the printers ahead of time?

bullshit on a wicker stick.

Arizona's Cochise County has held out and refused to certify their election results by the state's deadline. A move strictly for show, as I'm sure they'll come around and not disenfranchise their county voters. However, that's based on my figuring that they're not dumb enough to possibly toss a U.S. congressional district and the state's Superintendent of Public Instruction from Republican to Democrat through the absence of their vote.

The logic is rather amusing.

If they don't certify...what happens is this; they simply don't have their votes counted. Since the county is a Lake stronghold, that would mean that Fascist Barbie will end up with fewer votes than if they did certify.

Works for me.

An even bigger consequence would be that the result of a US Congressional District would switch from Republican to Democrat without the county's vote. Juan Ciscomani (R) narrowly won Arizona’s 6th Congressional District by about 5,200 votes, but that victory relies upon Ciscomani’s winning in Cochise County by more than 13,700.

Yes, that needs some further explaining. But if the County Recorder decides to run for re-election, I'll vote for him. Likewise, the County Supervisor for our district. Considering the county's size and population problems were handled efficiently giving everybody an ample opportunity to exercise their vote.

If the Rs in Arizona are typical Open Borders Rs, they would not mind Lake losing.

oh please - the entire what used to take 1 night now takes 2 weeks overkill needs to be redone. whether its on the "up and up" or not is pointless if they keep giving people reasons to doubt it's fair.

such as - the person running for Gov is also running the election board.

that should NEVER happen.

I'm not aware of any state that certifies their elections in less than 2 weeks. Up until that point it is the media, not any government entity, that uses preliminary results to call elections. Thus what is observed as taking "1 night" is based only on the fact that the difference in the vote count had grown wide enough for the media to project a winner.

So your example has to go how far back?

And what about a, candidate running the election. Ignored that part, huh?

First of all, my example concerns the way things work. Both way back when and up to the present.

As for a candidate running the election, the Secretary of State has her role that is defined by the law imposed by through state legislation. The nuts and bolts of running of an election is conducted on a county level under the rules imposed also through state legislation.

Cochise County just certified their vote. I watched the court hearing conducted a few hours ago (1:00 mst). The lawyer which was hired this morning to represent the two Republican supervisors didn't show up and left them high and dry. The judge ordered them to obey the law and he gave them an hour and half to get off their butts to get 'er done.
