This may be in retaliation for another shooing earlier in the week....

But....can anyone tell me which Australian gun control law kept this man with a gun from walking into a school, a church, a theater, or a mall....and using the gun to shoot people?

Oh that's an easy one! The law that that says murder is a crime.

Yeah, but they stopped making the penalty a quick hanging, so people think they can get away with it. Even if convicted they get to live 20 more years at a minimum, on the taxpayer's money even.
