Parents are responsible.

I don't blanked agree with that statement. Sometimes no matter how good, caring and supportive parents are, no matter the desire to punish their kids for wrongdoing, the kid turns out bad. I would support investigating if it were called for but not no tolerance or blanket blame the parents.

Ya France and Britain are finding out it isnt so easy. You realize in Europe they have smuggled fully automatic weapons in and had many attacks using them not to mention just using trucks to mow people down.

Apparently you can stop the vast majority of criminals from getting fire arms, which would be a pretty big improvement.

But until then, this is going to keep happening.
