I believe this happened at the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix.

This fellow was clearly not playing with a full deck.

A man has been arrested after climbing a fence at the Phoenix airport on Christmas Day and running toward a plane that had just landed.

Police say 49-year-old Robert Edward Bump got onto the taxiway around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, ran to a Southwest Airlines plane and started hitting one of its engines.

Police spokesman Officer James Holmes says early Thursday that the pilot had been alerted of the man's presence and turned off the engines shortly before Bump reached the aircraft.
