Mail in voting question

What happens when you send in one or more paper ballots and then show up at the Polling Place?

Is there a procedure is place to deny the right to cheat?

That's why the D's will be better off using the Deceased to do the mail-in ballots. A lot less chance of such an embarrassing occurrence. This is why the D's are really interested in stopping the purge of voters rolls.

Yes, it's a felony.

You've committed a felony.

(e) Voting more than once
(1) Whoever votes more than once in an election referred to in paragraph (2) shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

(2) The prohibition of this subsection applies with respect to any general, special, or primary election held solely or in part for the purpose of selecting or electing any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, presidential elector, Member of the United States Senate, Member of the United States House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, Guam, or the Virgin Islands, or Resident Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

(3) As used in this subsection, the term "votes more than once" does not include the casting of an additional ballot if all prior ballots of that voter were invalidated, nor does it include the voting in two jurisdictions under section 10502 of this title, to the extent two ballots are not cast for an election to the same candidacy or office.

Can you please leave factual information elsewhere? This is a low brow circle jerk and you're not invited.

People in Sanctuary Cities are committing voter fraud felonies. Gee, that sounds serious! So, you think that the law enforcement agencies ignoring and probably encouraging felonious invasion and occupation are going to prosecute the Illegal actions keeping them in power??

In 2016, voters in CA cast over 5,000,000 ballots by mail.

5,000,000

There are slightly less than 20MM registered voters in California.

Yet they cast over 5,000,000 votes by mail.

Who is checking for accuracy and fraud? The same people voted into office by Mickey Mouse and people who died during the Gold Rush
