You should have been around in the 1960's it made this shit look like a an argument between friends.

We were still arising nation then, just peaking. The payouts from a massive Federal Budget that has grown at least 10 times over and more with massive deficits is just one issue. The taxes have increased many ways besides federal taxes in this time period. State, local and city budgets have grown at least the same number of times also and more. Many have deficits and payouts that are more and more difficult to do without raising taxes more and more. And we want to top that with more of the same that can not be achieved.
