In Liberal minds, rent free.
If the ignorant voters of this country elect Barack Hussein Obama again, and if the even more ignorant OWS people gain in popularity and after 2013 the Democrat Party is still in charge, then what will we do?

Concider this:

1. Barack Hussein Obama will no longer need to care about re-election and can be as socialist as he really wants to be.

2. Can all of the conservative Supreme Court Justices keep going until 2016, or will Obama get a chance to tip the scales in favor of the liberals?

3. If Obamacare isn't repealed or defunded very soon, it might end up being too late to do anything meaningful about it and might be too late to save our economy.

4. Our schools are putting out graduates who are more and more leftwing and less and less educated (which goes hand in hand), and we may never get the pendulum to swing back.

5. Unless we can do something about our borders and the Mexican Invasion, it will be too late.

The young people today are going to suffer big time. Their children and grandchildren will suffer as well. I used to feel a sense of guilt because I grew up in the tail end of the baby boomers and it was the baby boomers that screwed everything up. However, watching them march on Wall Street without a clue of why they are there, and watching them vote for hope and change without knowing just exactly what that meant is watching them shoot themselves in the foot and I can just stand back and say "Hey, I tried to tell you it was stupid, but you did it anyway.

So now, I ask you. Worst case scenerio, what should we be doing to prepare for Obamageddon? I have guns (some of which are not registered to me), I have ammo, a generator and I have skills. I also have some .999 silver stashed away, only 20 ounces though. I'm thinking about stashing food as well.

You should probably keep the part about possessing unregistered/improperly registered guns to yourself. This whole interwebs is kinda public.

2nd amendment says nothing about having to register, sir. in fact, one could argue that the phrase "shall not be infringed" is violated from laws requiring registration.

Well, sir, your opinion is fine...but the law is the law, and as it currently stands owning unregistered / improperly registered firearms is a violation of the law.

If you and Predfan want to attempt to challenge that in court, have at it. Just don't be surprised when you lose.

In Texas, you do not need a permit to purchase a gun or rifle. You also do not need to register those weapons or have a license to be an owner of a handgun or rifle.

Nothing can save America. Getting obama out of office will delay the inevitable. Liberal ideaologies are just too well entrenched and too much damage has been done.

I'd like to see the statute that supports your argument.

The Constitution is the law, and as far as that goes it is not "against the law." The law itself is corrupt, and although you are right firearms must be registered under the "law" (in most States) that does not disprove the fact that the law itself is unjust.

Same with Florida.

Your interpretation of the law is not relevant to whether or not a person will be charged and convicted under said law. The only interpretation that matters is that of the courts.

:lmao: since when? Dont confuse state law with federal law..

But if you feel you could school me on firearms I welcome the opportunity.

bought legally at gun shows and received legally as gifts

Oh, my apologies Predfan. I wasn't aware until a few minutes ago that the law was so different in the various states. Now that I've learned my new thing for the day....

Np, do you have an opinion about what should be done to prepare for life after America?

You have yet to produce this "law" you espouse.

Is it a federal law? State law? Let's see the statute that supports your argument.

I'm telling you in the state of Texas you DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER YOUR GUNS.

Hey wait! Things you learn in a thread....My state doesn't require registration or permits to purchase, doesn't require a license, preempts local ordinances to the contrary and allows carry of open or concealed weapons without permit.

That refers to ownership. Why should I be anymore trusting of those that want to hoard guns against some "danger", than the government? At least the government can be voted out. Own all the guns you want, but I want to know how many, where and if they're being stored properly, because I don't trust YOU either. The 2nd amendment isn't a suicide pact, after all.

Good scotch, warm clothes and a refresher class in French language so I can settle into my adopted home of Quebec City.
