How many gays are there in this country? The percentage is small. Many don't even know any gay people.

Voter suppression affect many millions. And, it's against American core values. Only people who hate this country engage in voter suppression. Even a few Republicans are against voter suppression.

Just a decade ago, widespread opposition to gay marriage did just the opposite, allowing Karl Rove to mobilize conservatives in 13 states and help reelect George W. Bush as president.
