Liberals had a 5-4/6-3 majority on the Supreme Court for over 40 years from the late 1950s to the early 2000s. Did Republicans even suggest packing the court or "rotating justices," much less attempt to do so, even when they took control of the Senate in 1982 and again in 1994? No. But liberal Democrats, being a bunch of whining babies who can't stand to lose, now want to pack the court because, heaven forbid, we now have a reliable 5-4 conservative majority for perhaps 10 years, 15-20 years.

I'm afraid many have become devoted communists without even realizing it. The Marxists have always said America will not accept communism or socialism unless they first disguised it as liberalism/progressivism and pre-conditioning the most vulnerable and/or ignorant into believing their lies as truth. We are reaping the crops of what they have been sowing for decades. It is a crop of choking weeds & brambles that has to be eradicated at the roots for the field to ever produce & prosper again

For example, Ike appointed Earl Warren, and Bush Sr. appointed David Souter. How do you suppose all those liberal decisions occurred in the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s?

But the fed govt has the power to ensure the 14th amend guarantees of equal protection and due process apply to ALL people in federal elections … even when we don't like ALL people for any reason … be they the wrong color or the wrong party.

i don't care which side "owns" the supreme court. i care they make decisions off the constitution, not what they wish the constitution to be or to correct it's "failings".

if we need to consider redoing our supreme court great. but it must be done together to create something that works for both sides as evenly as possible. by nature one side will feel "favored" and again - human nature. but we also see judges make decisions that are not necessarily along party lines.

it should never be done cause you lost and demand power back. nothing in our gov should change due to that.
