Special Prosecutor Amends Charges Against Patricia McCloskey Over Gun Incident

Yes, the Liberal Pro-domestic terrorist Extremists are STILL attempting to jail the homeowners who wielded legally-owned, Constitutionally-protected weapons in defense of their home against Trespassing foreign-funded Democrat-supported domestic terrorists who threatened to burn down the homeowner's home. The domestic terrorists who threatened the McCloskeys were arrested only for trespassing and released. A year later, another partisan prosecutor is still trying to find a way to prosecute the homeowners for defending their home agaiunst the domestic terrorists who threatened them and their home.

The 1st partisan Democrat pushing for prosecution was FIRED / removed from the case because, proving the charges and pursuit of prosecution was purely political - she began attempting to fund-raise off of her pressng charges and pursuing prosecution:

"St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner opted to prosecute the McCloskeys (though ultimately not those who trespassed on the private property) and they were indicted by a Grand Jury in October of last year on felony charges including unlawful use of a weapon and evidence tampering. Gardner was subsequently removed from the case as she used the case to fundraise for her re-election campaign."

Bring in the next desperate liberal partisan prosecutor....

"Special Prosecutor Richard Callahan was then appointed to proceed with the case and he has now amended the charges against Patricia.

The special prosecutor in the case against Mark and Patricia McCloskey announced an additional charge against the latter Tuesday, charging her with harassment in the second degree. The new charge was added as an alternative to the existing charge of unlawful use of a weapon. The charge against her of tampering with evidence was dropped."

In other words, this prosecutor is charging Mrs. McCloskey with using exercising her God-given right of self-defense by using her Constitutional and legally owned firearm to HARRASS the foreign-funded, Democrat-supported domestic terrorists who illegally trespassed onto THEIR property and threatened THEIR lives and THEIR home with violence and destruction.

What the ever-lovin' F*?!

Not sure WTF Callahah expects to accomplish prosecuting the McCloskys???
The governor should appoint a special prosecutor to after Callahan.

Anders Walker, a constitutional law professor at St. Louis University, said that although it’s “very dangerous” to engage protesters with guns, the homeowners broke no laws by brandishing or pointing weapons at them because Portland Place is a private street. He said the McCloskeys are protected by Missouri’s Castle Doctrine, which allows people to use deadly force to defend private property.
“At any point that you enter the property, they can then, in Missouri, use deadly force to get you off the lawn,” Walker said, calling the state’s Castle Doctrine a “force field” that “indemnifies you, and you can even pull the trigger in Missouri.”

The amended charge is likely included because Kim Gardner took the inoperable handgun and made it work, so she could charge Patricia with the same felony charges. This is likely an effort to get "something" on Patricia, given she was not actually holding a functioning firearm.

Bu... Bu... But Queen Antifa's minions are just boogey (non-gendered pieces of shit) of the "right"

According to the left as I'm told by Coyote
