I always find it amazing when people on the left claim that the wealthy are "tax cheats" when their expensive CPA's and accountants are actually following tax laws and paying as little taxes as possible. It's not cheating on taxes when you are playing by the rules. Therefore, the IRS is not going to collect much from the wealthy for following tax laws to their advantage.
