Republicans are facing criminal majority of Democrats in Congress, Biden administration officials, a still criminal FBI, CIA, DHS, etc... They don't have the 'muscle' to stop what's going on (not to mention there are a lot of Republicans who still want the Democrats to succeed because they personally benefit from it.
