What kind of parent 'tucks' their boy child's penis? I mean, what was Target thinking?

So, of course the solution to that is to stock up, and advertise, a line of merchandise that nobody actually wants.

Target is struggling IMO. Ours is starting to have this Dollar Store feel to it. I only go in it about once a year during the holidays, and last year it kind of blew. Their back corner seasonal section felt more like I had stumbled into a storeroom it was so disorganized with piles of junk.
