Biden will have a well equipped military but a stronger Kim Jong Un and North Korea because of the attention given by Trump on the world's stage. North Korea is nuclearized and has better delivery systems for nuclear warheads than when Trump came into office.
We will see what Biden does with the circumstances handed off to him. We will see in 4 years. I predict he will do much better than Trump.

Trump promised a denuclearization agreement. There is no denuclearization agreement.
He hands the North Korea relations over to the Biden with a nuclear capable North Korea having more capable delivery systems than when he entered office. Kim Jong Un is empowered by the fact a US President recognized him for the first time.
