Simple illustration of how climate change is real. The vanishing Pacific islands.

Islands Threatened By Climate Change - Business Insider

"As the climate warms, sea ice and the ice sheets in Greenland and the Antarctic continue to melt. These and other factors lead to increases in sea level and further warming of the Earth. Climate change will manifest in many many ways, including changes in weather patterns and more extreme weather events.

For some, though, rising sea levels may leave them underwater, Michael Mann said in an interview with The Guardian earlier this month."

11 examples at link of how rising sea levels from climate change and melting ice are displacing millions in the Pacific. This same process will be displacing Floridians and Louisianians soon.

Can bury your head in the sand if you wish, just be sure you don't bury it in beach sand cause you'll drown.

The real debate isn't about whether or not climate change exists...the debate is our impact on climate change. Sleep tight.:D

Yes the climate is changing. Did you know that they've found beach sand down at the bottom of the mid-Atlantic Ridge?

Did you know that there's a city with Mayan type Pyramids in 400 feet of water off of western Cuba?

The climate changes, that you think you can prevent it is nothing less than mental illness

She is right. One side believes we do, and one side believes we don't. But only one side thinks we should stop trying to find out.

Only in a simple one-dimensional world. Extremists rarely do their cause any good and tend to turn more people away...who doesn't like mocking a fanatic??:D

Fair enough

WOW, stating that climate ever changes ( as it did billions of years) IS a revelation.

for some

Well as soon as the global warming whack jobs get their ship thawed out of the ice, maybe we'll have some new data. 'Til then, record low temps all over the US and the world. Going to be -25 tomorrow night here in Wisconsin, and -22 the next night. It was also the 3rd coldest December here on record.

Can I please get some global warming here?

Wondering which of the Global Warming Mantras were most popular when the gang of psychos frozen into the (non-existent, of course) ice in The Antarctic gathered on deck to chant.

When it is a matter of science, I trust scientists far more than obese junkies on the radio.

Of course it is, and the learned opinion leans strongly to the idea that man's actions can effect it for good or bad.

Not true, one side wants the ignorant knee jerk scare tactics and lies to stop. Did you know they developed a way to extract carbon from the air better then a tree does? And the response from the green nuts? Don't build it it encourages bad behavior.

I believe there is no real evidence we contribute to the warming. And the supposed science community fails to provide proof. If as claimed CO2 is leading to higher temperatures do the experiment, prove it. And we can see the experiment repeated thus proving the point. That NO ONE in the science community will even do this one simple task proves to me they are wrong.

I repeat, since there has been no warming since 1998 , that is 15 years, yet CO2 has gone up every year, admit your theory is wrong and move on, stop adjusting temps to match your theory, stop lying about increased temperatures stop making ignorant predictions that keep proving to be wrong and quit trying to scare people into believing you.

No increase in temperatures for 15 years. No increase in frequency or strength of Hurricanes or tornadoes, nothing you predicted has come to pass. Yet you keep putting out scare the tweebs predictions that fail miserably and contribute to less and less people believing you.

Take enough carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere and all the plants will die. Then the hungry liberals will have naught to eat but each other (unless they wish to risk the wrath of their breth'rn and cist'rm in PETA).

Uh huh.

The world is filled with drowned cities from Japan to Cuba.

Did men build underwater?

What you believe is irrelevant. The scientists have offered proof for 200 years concerning what GHGs in the atmosphere do. As for the rest of your drivel, only an idiot would repeat such foolishness.
