Unfortunately, companies are specifically hiring blacks for the HR Department as part of their “diversity” goals to grant jobs and promotions to blacks over whites, even when they are not the best qualified.

It is still most apparent in higher Ed admissions, if only because there are actual metrics.

Most of our problems from ridiculous racial programs engaging in anti white actions to all our other problems can be laid at the feet of white liberals confusion and ignorance.....known as do gooders back in they day hence the phrase....beware of do gooders.

They strive for moral superiority at the expense of others....fallaciously believing by taxing the middle class to the hilt and giving that money to minorities somehow enhances their ridiculous notion of morality.

It has been documented that Republicans give more to charity than democrats....the democrats are good at giving away other peoples money....time for them to open their own wallets and make some contributions to charity......it would be interesting to know how much the biden family gives to charity.....I would bet on nothing.
