Let's change the world

Depends on what you want to change. Some changes are drastically needed. It would be a mistake to change others.

...that's what immature college students [ who don't know the first thing about REAL life/living ] think they can do --when they really can't
We can make a change, and I'm not young. We have to want to, and work together to build something (i don't know what yet), to achieve some sort of momentum to get the ptb to listen to us.

We gotta figure out what is important for all of us, not just individually. I was a long opponent of climate change, thinking it was the natural way of the world. But I've changed my mind. I'm not political. But I do realize that people in power want to keep things the way they are for their own benefit. And that's not good news for you and me...

We need to think of new ways of government, that can keep our economy afloat, while fixing the bad things that we're doing to the planet. Democracy, as it has become, is not the answer. Neither is Socialism. We need new ideas! And then, how to get there... that's the hard part...

But it's been done before, many times in history, so there's no reason why it can't be done again. It may seem insurmountable right now, but history has proven that it isn't.

We need some geniuses to step up, and provide some ideas of how we can continue to exist without destroying ourselves first.

I have ideas. They will require a revolution. So it's important to know who's serious about it, or if there's alternatives.

You have to change how humans think, how they act, how they are.

That's almost impossible.
How did other civilizations do it before us? And they didn't even have the luxury of the internet. Yet they did it, many times before.

It is possible. We just have to wake up. You know? And care about something with the end result of brightening our future. Not just keep going they way we are...

They changed things, but working within certain parameters. And they often caused their downfall way before they got anywhere near their peak.

The US is in its downfall stage, seems like it's a natural thing to happen to all civilizations. Makes a balance that is important.

The US is full of greed and stupidity because people believe in their own greatness.

We gotta stop being lemmings and do something about it. We need a leader. I don't think I'm that person. I'm more of a Ben Franklin type. I have ideas, and ideals. I think they would work for the world. But as much as i hate it, we need a leader to run with it, while we support the ideas from behind.

College kids are dumb. My daughters are college age. They think they know everything, but they don't have experience. I hope we're all older than college kids, and realize that something needs to be done. Because this is not getting better, for the future or our college kids.

If you agree, then we're the age of starting something new. And with our combined experience we can come up with a better way.

Instead of waiting every four years for a savior to come.

First of all, do we all agree that there's serious problems with the world, and how it's being run?
