Modern doomsayers have been predicting climate and environmental disaster since the 1960s. They continue to do so today.

None of the apocalyptic predictions with due dates as of today have come true.

What follows is a collection of notably wild predictions from notable people in government and science.

More than merely spotlighting the failed predictions, this collection shows that the makers of failed apocalyptic predictions often are individuals holding respected positions in government and science.

While such predictions have been and continue to be enthusiastically reported by a media eager for sensational headlines, the failures are typically not revisited.

In real science...a single predictive failure is often sufficient to have a hypothesis tossed out and work begin on a new hypothesis that won't experience predictive failures...in real sceince, a predictive failure at the very least leads to modification of the hypothesis to see if it can be corrected enough to accurately predict reality.

No such modification has been done on the AGW hypothesis beyond simply increasing the margin of error so that as its predictions deviate further and further from reality, they can say that while the prediction was wrong, it is still within the margin of error.

The AGW hypothesis is pure pseudoscience...it never was about real sceince...it has always been about political objectives.
