The College Democrats at the University of Oklahoma are attempting to cancel an upcoming speech by conservative commentator Ann Coulter, calling the Turning Point USA event “irresponsible” to host.

Interesting that none of these kerfuffles ever results in an offer to debate the Conservative speaker on the meaning of "hate" as applied to the speaker. When examined closely, the "hate speech" is usually factual statements that make people uncomfortable.

Truth is a defense to a defamation claim; truth should also be a valid defense to an accusation of being a "hater."
