My ex wife and I are still very good friends... it just wasn't working... we tried... no one cheated... we were friends before we got married so we could talk openly... we have two children who we love with all our heart and I still visit my mother in law often and my brother and sisters in law... in fact I see them more than my ex does due to logistics....
But divorce is messy and heart breaking and can be nasty sometimes... I enjoy being single and free to do my thing....
I'm retired and don't have to answer to anyone and I like it that way...

I'm netiher a RINO nor a foreign agent. I am a 51-year member of the Republican Party. I learned early on to vote a straight ticket or wind up with people cheating, lying, and even killing to get what they want with a get-out-of-jail-free card attached. Nixon broke my heart under the heat of nutcases claiming he did this and he did that, and every one in America questioned what did it take for a peaceful Quaker man to get booted by the press. He was accused of a crime he did not commit, nor did he know what a couple of staffers were doing under the guise of being Republicans, and they leaked their crimes to the press as if they were not responsible, but the man upstairs took the blame for what they did that he had no part of. Impeachment flags were up on both sides of the aisle, and Nixon cratered to usually wise men who were ambitious. So Nixon was nailed to the cross for the crimes of others and a hateful press who assumed without to much digging into the facts of the matter and lanced him in the side. It was the first "successful" assault by the press and Democrats in smoke-filled omeurta edifices of ambitious Democrat rivals to kill off righteousness in the White House, and a President holding the bag of poisonous party snakes going after him and his shy, unfortunate first family at the behest of the amoral California extinguishing machine where the belief is that the worst thing that can happen to a Californian is getting caught doing something wrong according to the state laws and having no money to buy their way out of it. I can't imagine the self-fluffing his press haters did, were adulated by their ignorant peers. It is no honor to take down a decent man who has done his best for the people of the United States of America. He did not confess to alleged crimes he did not commit.
