Nothing will surprise me. Next, he'll be charged with a hate crime (I once said that hate crime legislation is a bad idea, this is the reason why). What happened to the First Amendment? Isn't this protected speech?

If he had made his remarks in a gay porno film, he'd have every judge in the country on his side, the New York Times apologizing and explaining everything for him and he probably would have gotten funding from the National Endowment for the Arts to boot.

This entire episode reminds me of Trent Lott. It's a feeding frenzy. The more apologies that are made, the more will be demanded. Eventually, he'll either have to put his foot down and say "enough already" or he'll be eaten alive.

This racial stuff has really gone too far! What should have been Kramer's punishment you ask? An asswhipping! One of those young black fellows should have just met him after the show and settled it like Aaron Burr and Alex (poorshot) Hamilton.This stuff with the lawsuits has just gotton completely out of hand. Our courts are bogged down with these damn cases and taxing our system, AND our pockets.
