Latest CNN poll: Perry 30, Romney 18

The poll was done over the weekend, after the debate on wednesday. Frankly I thought Perry would lose ground to Romney cuz I thought he didn't come off that well. Especially after his comments on SS, I thought he should've explained what he would do about the program and how it would affect today's seniors.

Democrats can take comfort that when all is said and done, the GOP/Tea Party is its own worst enemy!

Romney is the only Republican who can compete with Obama for the "political center" in 2012, but the GOP/Tea Party faithful, in their infinite wisdom, would rather nominate Perry - a candidate positioned too far to the RIGHT!
