Larry Elder Proves Today Democrats Are Still Racists

It wasn't or isn't a take over eh ??? Did you just fall off the wine wagon yesterday ? Shutting your eyes and ears to the truth of what is on going in this country is very sad of you. Wake up, and no don't woke up, wake up. Of course if you are a cult believer, then I apologize for wasting your time, and vice-versa.
No, tin foil man, there is no “takeover”…Unless you count Republican lawmakers trying to take over control from local election officials.

Get outside the box, and quit denying the truth. You know damned well what is going on, so undoubtedly you are part of it.

Ok, so how many of the summer of 2020 rioters are in jail, and are facing trials for their attempts, and their on going attempts to take over this country by force or by any means necessary ???? This means through social media, the take over of main stream media, the take over of government, the take over of the public school systems (CRT), the take over of major media platforms, and every other measure they use to shove it all down the nation's throat without so much as a drink of vinegar to wash it all down ??
They weren’t trying to take over the country or the government. When you start with a dishonest premise, and attempt to draw false equivencie, it is a waste of time to debate.

Your source is bullshit.

Of the roughly 600 people charged in the Jan. 6 Capitol attack, 78 remain jailed pending trial, with a majority of those still detained accused of assaulting police officers or some of the worst violence seen that day.

Just stop. They are violent rioters not "political prisoners".
It's not my source, Darlin.....it's your source.......and YOUR SOURCE claims that they cannot verify how many hostages or still in prison waiting to be charged with trespassing.

:desk: You just quoted that they were "ACCUSED OF ASSAULTING POLICE OFFICERS"....not "Charged or indicted with assaulting police officers".

There's a difference according to the law. *mic drop*:muahaha:

Correct. Completely reasonable considering that it was in response to a lib who claimed that the reason Elders lost was because REPUBLICANS would not vote for him.

You are just being an asshole, thinking that spamming my words out of context is a zinger.
Yeah its the republicans calling him coon, N*gger and all the other words the left loves to use........and the republicans call him a white supremacist.....and there are more republicans than democrats in CA........Correll, that guy has to be high.....he has no clue.

How is my premise false ? If it would have been a protest that ended in justice being done in the individual cases, then ok I would stop there also, but it went way beyond that in the demands, and you know it. Every bandwagon rider got on board, and they organized in order to use the situations in a "never let a good crisis go to waste" to make their far reaching grievances known.

We could go down the line, and list everything from one whiney ace thing to another, but we won't because it would be a huge waste of time when you already know the truth, but have decided to live a lie, and therefore casting your lies onto other's in hopes to water it all down.

You're just a lost cause when it comes to critically thinking about it all, and therefore you just take a side, and then you start your defensiveness in order to protect your side. Oh well, such as it goes with leftist these days.

It states quite clearly that of the 600 charged only 78 remain in prison. There are not 600 in solitary as you claimed. You are GROSSLY misinformed.

No....your source said they could not verify anything. Nobody has been allowed to see any of the prisoners. They simply made an estimate of how many remain.
The story is intentionally misleading you...claiming that accusing someone of a crime is the same as being charged with a crime.

The story is not misleading. You were misinformed or LYING when you said 600 people were in solitary confinement. Which is it, misinformed or intentionally lying?

I never said 600....I said roughly 500. The truth is nobody knows how many have been locked up. The fact that any of them were locked up without bail for 4 or more months without being charged or charged for trespassing when anyone with half a brain knows you can't lock someone up without bail for trespassing unless it's a repeat offense.
And you're lying when it comes to saying these people were charged with serious crimes when the story plainly stated they were being accused of crimes.....not charged.
Details like that make a difference in court and also should make a difference in reality.

Whether 500 or 600, you were lying or misinformed. Which is it? There are fewer than 100 out of 600 still in prison. The ones still in prison are the most violent offenders, the ones who attacked police officers, and not all of those still in prison are in solitary confinement.

They all had bail hearings. Some were granted, some denied. It’s how the legal system works. Try watching ONE episode of ANY Law and Order.

Sorry....but having a hearing and granting bail are two different issues.
Most of them had been denied bail.
Here we are 9 months later and they're just now getting around to allowing some of them bail????
In Chicago a thug can shoot and kill someone and be out in a matter of hours....and go out the next day and do the same thing.

In July....6 months after the riot....most, if not all of Jan 6th protesters was still in jail without bail.
How can anyone justify that?????

"Many of those arrested on January 6th for crimes that mostly equate to vandalism are being held in solitary confinement, without bail, and their legal counsels are being denied access to evidence."

"Any reasonable legal observer can see they are not being treated the same as other defendants in the criminal justice system. In fact, child abusers and rapists are often allowed to make bail, but people being charged with protesting on January 6th are being denied these rights.
Does that seem like reasonable and equal justice?
Politico recently published a report documenting the mistreatment of those arrested for protesting on January 6th.
In the report, one defendant named Ryan Samsel was left with a skull fracture and blindness in one eye after being beaten by prison guards. The report by Politico states the guards were under the assumption the defendants where “white supremacists”, which fueled their mistreatment despite the fact that there is no evidence these defendants possess any racists views or opinions. Nor have they been charged with any hate-related crimes.
Samsel’s lawyer Steven Metcalf reported that after his client complained last month about slow delivery of toilet paper, he was zip-tied and then taken to a cell outside the view of surveillance cameras and brutally beaten by guards.
“I have seen Ryan”, said Metcalf. “He has two black eyes to this day, two weeks later. All the skin is ripped off both wrists, which shows the zip ties and how tight they were.”
“Other inmates said his face looked like a tomato that was stomped on.”

WASHINGTON D.C., DC — The Department of Justice has arrested more than 535 people for taking part in the January 6 insurrection on the U.S. Capitol building. Some of those trials are months, possibly years away.
Verify viewer Kelley from Alexandria, Virginia asked the Verify team if some of the accused remain behind bars nearly six months later.
“Is it true people arrested [for crimes on January 6th] are still being held in jail with no bail," she asked in an email. "What are the charges?"

THE QUESTION

Are people accused of participating in the January 6th insurrection on the U.S. Capitol still being held in jail without bail? If so, what are their charges?

OUR SOURCES

THE ANSWER

Yes, several people are being held without bail in the D.C. Jail for crimes they allegedly committed during the Capitol riots.

This is harassment. It started with the guy only trespassing....and then the FBI shows up at his home to do a search and find a gun and what they claim is a pipebomb.

Arrested does not mean that they are sitting in jail. You were lying is that what you’re saying or are you saying you’re still misinformed? There are not 500 people in solitary confinement. There aren’t 500 people in jail. There are fewer than 100 still in jail and they are the ones that should be because they were violent towards police officers.

  • Arrested meant in this case they were put in jail.
  • 535 people were arrested...and waiting on trial....months or years away.
  • Nobody can verify how many are still in jail...even members of congress were accused of trespassing when they tried to find out the prisoner's condition
  • The New York Slimes claims that less than 100 are still in jail....but this wouldn't be the first or the last time the NYT was caught publishing fake news
  • And I posted a video of one person who was arrested for trespassing and is still in jail...I'm sure there are more like him
Please....stop believing everything leftists tell you......they're paid to lie to us.

Clearly you think that all of this is okay....that a free society should be arresting people and abusing their constitutional rights to due-process and their protections against illegal search and seizure.
On one hand you cheer on people burning and murdering people over a cop accidentally killing a drug-dealing addict.....and on the other hand cheering on the state locking people up for trespassing, like a bunch of Nazis. You believe this is okay because you're stupid enough to buy their bull shit story that Jan 6th was an unarmed insurrection. How easy can it be to fool you so-called libs. Don't let your hatred for Trump overrule your sense of right or wrong and turn you into Nazis sympathizers.

It has been verified that there are fewer than 100 still in prison for January 6. Those that remain in prison are the most violent of the offenders and committed violence against police officers.

Just stop embarrassing yourself
