I am partial to the F-16, but you can see in the opening shot a number of large scale military jets.

That is not a poor man's hobby. I have a friend from college who got into building those during his 40s. The engines themselves can run 4 -6K$ each. He built some kind of fighter replica in 2005 that cost him $17K. Each to his own and hobbies can get expensive. I ask where he kept his planes and he explained that he and his wife no longer park their cars in the garage. He has a custom trailer he hauls them on to the airfield.
