Some percentage of Los Angeles residents are children. Are any children on the payroll? What about senior citizens? Amputees? Illegal aliens?

Somehow, just hiring Whites, Latinos, Asians, and Blacks, the LA Fire Department doesn't seem to "reflect the city it serves."

I've seen many a dog pee on fire hydrants. Just train them to bear a little heat, they can help put out fires.

The black and white Dalmatians should be a breeze. They may have some difficulty finding Asian and Latino Dalmatians that are willing to work.
