I invite everyone to note and celebrate in their own way the Sam-Il movement which led to the Provisional Government of Korea and the nullification of any Union of the Korean Empire and the Japanese Empire under the Emperor of Japan. This happened March 1st 1919 , its approaching March 1st, 2019, I of course will mark the occasion my own way, because its not certain US policy to recognize this independence as it should be Confederate Government..

March 1st Independence Day Centennial Celebration

Modern Clarification and Specific Full Recognition of the Korean Provisional Government for an entire 100 Years by the Provisional Government of the Confederate States of America
1.Scope
Please petition, that between the Provisional Government of the Confederate States of America and the Provisional Government of Korea, the position of the Confederate States of America by the native Character and Sovereign intent of the several States of these United States of America are to Recognize fully the sole and singular legitimacy of the Provisional Government of Korea. In no part does the Confederate Government acknowledge the free will of the Korean person under the governance of the Government of Japan, the United States of America, or other occupational government.Exhibit A*
2. The Occasion
The Spirit of this mission is being embodied in this declaration of updated stance of Confederate Government. Confederate Government fully recognizes and only recognizes the Provisional Government of Korea. The Sam-Il protest aligned with self-determination, which is the Confederate talking point of Woodrow Wilson in the "14 Points". Woodrow Wilson is the solid Confederate spokesman of the "Lost Cause" period. President Eisenhower was not supported in the Deep South in either election. His actions do not reflect the Confederate Government. Acting as a Presbyterian once in office, solely for Politics, he created the 1958 United Presbyterian Church, in 1958, he formed with the United Presbyterian Church, confusing Ecumenical relations with Korea. The Confederate Government remaining silent, therefore, would Not be reflected by the Presbyterian Church in the United States or US policy, on this occasion. On this occasion and time, to celebrate the 100 years since the Sam-il protest and sacrifices marking out the True Native willpower and democracy for the people of Korea being the only sole legitimate government of Korea. The Confederate States of America, regarding an identical principle and concept, carried by these missionaries for ideas of Government to Korea, having staked the entirety of its legitimacy itself on creating converts of all its inhabitants, would not have stood in awe of Japanese technological achievement, and would have left to pre-1958 Presbyterian Ecumenicism itself the full alliance and recognition between Korea and these United States, as is traditional European custom. Exhibit B*
3. Continuance of Equal Treaty
The United States held Equal Treaty with the Kingdom of Korea in 1885, along with international efforts in banning opium trade. Both governments are hindered in the international community concerning human rights, internal slavery, and technological development. We all recognize these as shortcomings of a bygone age. No cruel behavior or barbaric tendencies are promoted against either population. No form of torture is promoted in enforcing Christian Governance.
Confederate Governance, being in full alignment with the Presbyterian Church, as it represented the Native Character of the God of their Fathers, the Pilgrim Fathers, and the Reformation, so wrote a Constitutional Government envoking this Almighty God, as also would be a customary Christian alignment of other pre-1900 European Nations, with the exception of Napoleon, and later burgeoning idealogues. The People and Governance of Korea, are regarded fully Christian from a Presbyterian Character, being 1/5th practicing Christians, 1/10th practicing Presbyterians, having elected a major Presbyterian President in recent memory, President Lee Myung Bak. Exhibit C*
4. Mutual Discharge of Liabilities, Characteristic Assets
The Confederate States of America would investigate and correct the multitude of injustices during Japanese Occupation. The Confederates did not participate in the occupation of China or the practices during the Boxer Rebellion. The early Confederate States did not practice imperialism in Asia. This invited the friendship of King Gojong. President Woodrow Wilson's Confederate "14 Points" prompted the Sam-il protest and the only legitimacy is in Local Christian Governance. The next President of New York Republican identification, began an American Empire period with Cuba and the Phillipines, and Teddy Roosevelt left Korea to its fate. The Confederate Government did not make, therefore, any of the politics-infused alliances of world war 1 or world war 2 or with Japan, except solely, solidly, and repeatedly, on reformational Presbyterian governance, such as subscribed by Korea by the Empire of Korea in 1900 and later. The Confederate Government did not condone any losses to the domination wars of Japan, World War 2, the Korean War or American Occupation, or the "Sa-I-Gu" event.
As the contact between the Southern States and the Korean people should be considered a new contact, or should be assumed, we set out specific and provable benefits to the Native Character, governance, and mutual benefits of this petition. The Entire World faced the industrialization era in different circumstances and severities. We can see how Woodrow Wilson proposes to solve from this Confederate governance issues such as overwork, the "Comfort Women" and also "War Bride" dilemmas, visited upon the Korean Immigrant population. Woodrow Wilson promoted Southern Hospitality, which includes, an equal endeavor to promote the virtuous housing and development of the gentler sex of these immigrants, which may Not have been characteristic of the home-bound version of a native Korean marriage. The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire in New York presented voters for Wilson chronologically identical immigration issues. A high regard for the Korean homeland and the American Homeland, in this tradition, should produce a willingness not to repeat the horrors of the Japanese land takeover, and Japanese immigration upon the millions, by some sort of "competitive economy" of land ownership,no, Koreans should be receptive to the Southern Hospitality of the gesture of profited land grant.

The agreement of interests between Koreans and Americans extends from Horace Allen's immigration efforts to countless other efforts. Americans worked to support the Korean Government even when the Federal Government disagreed.

Horace Allen was a Korean immigrant?!

He totally doesn't look it.

Wilson had no intention of dismantling British India or other colonies like Korea to hand them back to the natives, rejecting a racial equality clause at Versaille. The US State Department stated at the time that the United States would not assist the Korean nationalists. In April 1919, the US State Department told the ambassador to Japan that "the consulate [in Seoul] should be extremely careful not to encourage any belief that the United States will assist the Korean nationalists in carrying out their plans and that it should not do anything which may cause Japanese authorities to suspect [the] American Government sympathizes with the Korean nationalist movement."
