Nope!

I just read this article on why I might want to wait before buying the Kindle Fire.

12 reasons you might NOT want to buy a Kindle Fire | ZDNet

My biggest Kindle problem is my love of reading. I only ever used to read one book cover-to-cover before starting another. Now I'm like leapfrogging through up to five books at a time. :(

Also, did you know you may be able to take books from the library on Kindle? I'll have to revisit that option. I read the instructions and got overwhelmed, but it'd be worth it.

Also? There are TONS of free e-books on Amazon.

This is where I go to see what the top 100 free books are. Then on the left, you can split it down by genre and see top 100 free in each of them, as well.

Thanks BD for the info.
I'm definitely going to buy one now. :)

YAY! Seriously, you WILL love it. I'm so happy I made the jump.

Both my sister and daughter have said no, they prefer the actual reading experience. New books, old books; not just what they feel and look like, but even what they smell like. And I get that, really. I do. But it's so much easier having this little lightweight thing in my hands. I can read comfortably at any angle. It's hard to explain the difference, but it's noticeable.
