THESE Are the Most Telling Failures of Socialism. Everyone knows Marxism is a failure.
I agree. However, we can't overlook some of Capitalisms abuses either.
You're responsible for your Marx fantasy. The left isn't for Marx or his failed ideas.
The PROGRESSIVE left is. And the progressive bus is driving the Dem bus over a cliff into a volcano.
Progressives have ALWAYS been arrogant, elitist, power whores with NO REAL beliefs of their own. Obtaining and RETAINING power is their primary motive.
And Trump isn't an Eisenhower Republican.Yup but too many classical democrats don't pay attention to that reality thus follow them over the cliff because it has a D next to their name.
Two of my brothers ignore the abundant evidence that leftists are not the same as classical democrats they still think they are ..... Kennedy democrats!
And Trump isn't an Eisenhower Republican.

Karl Marx was born in 1818 and saw the beginnings of the Industrial Age and the abuses on workers in that era. There were no unions, no worker protections, no safety regulations and thus, Communism appealed to the workers who suffered at the whims of business leaders. In this era, Marx's beliefs are outdated, as we do have numerous worker safety laws, unions, environmental regulations and various worker benefits. In Marx's time there was no "middle-class," only rich corporate heads and poor workers. Ultimately, Marxism is neither woke, nor progressive, only regressive and outdated. At first, Marx was about economics. Rich people like Soros wouldn´t exist in his system.
Second, race was not an issue back then in Germany. Poverty was. Poverty was, what drove people to go communist.
