Karen Can't Get a Firearm

Do people need guns to shoot their fellow Americans?
If you come into my house to do me harm. Then yes, you will die.

Uh huh - And who would disagree with your statement?
The claim that all Progressives want to #GrabYerGuns is stupid as fuck.
Anyone whom comes through MY front door in the middle of the night will die as well ...
AND?
Well your party wants to regulate guns into extinction. That statement, you cannot call a lie.

Complete Bullshit ^
Fear will eat you from the inside out my friend. And then you'll go & buy more guns ....
And LaPierre will be very VERY happy ...
Sad :(

I own well over 100 firearms. Most are purely collector guns, but some are for personal protection. I bought them long before la pierre was ever a part of the NRA.

The majority of gun owners are the same as me.

No, the majority of gun owners do NOT have a fucking arsenal. Jesus

We're the 3 percenters. Or 14 percenters, depending on how you look at it.

The average American gun owner owns three guns, according to a 2015 survey conducted by Harvard and Northwestern University. More than a half of them own just one or two, whereas 14% of them–7.7 million or 3% of the US population–own anywhere between eight to 140 guns. This 3% of the population owns half of the civilian guns in the US.

And those figures were from three years ago...

Three percent of the population own half of the civilian guns in the US

Yes, and if you take out the fetishists who own 50 or 100 (and yep, this thread is lousy with fetishists ;-) then the average gun owner owns about 1 or 1.5

You didn't read what I posted. 14% of the gun-owners in the US owns half of the guns in this country. That 14% owns anywhere from 8-140 guns.

I read what you wrote. That the average gun owner has three. So my response was accurate. I don't know anyone who owns any more than 5 or 6 guns. This joint is lousy with fetishists who own 20-100+

Y'all need to get a life :cuckoo:

No one has ever tried to break into my home. Why do you people live in fear? I have felt threatened twice in my life. One, a person who said that they were there to fix work on the plumbing in my aunt's apartment. Once when I broke up with a boy who threatened to kill me (If I can't have you, nobody else will).

Both solved. Big Dog with with Big Fangs. First guy peaked his head in when I told him that it was okay. I just sat with Big Sam on the couch. Then he said that he had the wrong apartment. Second guy, he never came back, I didn't have to face him. He had to face Sam. When I was in college I live in a house with a German Shepherd named Clyde. A guy whom I was dating tried to tickle me. Clyde was not amused. BTW: I worked at a steakhouse in downtown Washington, DC. My busboys knew that prime rib bones went into bags for me to carry home. My dogs got prime rib.

Do you bring your dog everywhere with you too? On the street, particularly in failed cities like Washington, the chance of getting a gun pointed at you are very great. Seth Rich is the most recent famous person who got whacked on the streets there.
Where do you get this shit from? Have you even been to Washington? I've lived there. Went to collage and graduate school there. DC is no "failed city." I will walk around Dupont Circle, Washington Circle, Scott Circle any damned day. What are you talking about? Are you in Missouri or Alabama or something? You are too phony. I will go to Georgetown if I wish. I will have a glass of wine with my friends in the sidewalk cafes on 17th when I wish. Washington, DC is a beautiful city. I worked for decades just south of Dupont Circle. I love my life, my friends, my community. I hope that we will all gather again around the fountain at Dupont Circle and raise our glasses to all of the good that is the U.S.A.

Why does anyone need a gun here in the USA? I'm not afraid of them. My father taught me how to shoot a gun (he had a "bullet trap" in the basement, he aimed, his daughter pulled the trigger) but the last time I handled one was in Texas when I was 12. Why do you people feel that you need to have one? Who are you afraid of?

Why did your father have a gun, and why did he feel the need to teach you how to shoot one?

Who was he afraid of?
I don't know. It was a sport. He had been in WWII. I know that he was a member of a pistol club. He also taught me never, ever to point it toward any living being. Paper targets only. No hunting. No anything like that. I'm sorry. I fired at a large spider on Charlie's garage in Castroville, Texas. My bad.

But what is this fear today? What is this thing that everybody has to have these huge guns? These AR-15s? We don't need it. The British aren't coming. Neither are the Russians (except on the internet). This seems to be from the idiots in the NRA. You would think that the martians were coming in over the transom. Every second person on the internet thinks he's fucking Rambo. For what reason?
"Huge Guns" followed by "AR-15"?..LMAO! :auiqs.jpg:
My aunt's BAR top-of-the-line 30-.06 begs to differ as to what a "huge gun" is..and she took a deer every year her son recently told me.

AR-15s are .223

iu

I never bought an AR or SKS because I don't like those little itty-bitty bullets.
You would love the AR in 50 Beowulf

mmmkk..

Not really in the market for guns..
Those look very much fatter, how does the chambering work?
I'd like to talk my buddy into selling me one of his turkey full-choke target 12- gauges, just because.

He used to win prizes with them. Just single-shot 12 gauges. Very long.

Old..
That's the beauty of the AR system you can have many different calibers using the same lower and changing out the upper you can also use the same 30 round 556 magazines but instead of having 30 rounds you can only load 8. and you can also use the same BCG that you use for the 556

Who is coming through the door and invading your home? This is what I don't understand. I've been alive since 1952 and nothing has happened, born and raised in northern New Jersey, not far from the GW bridge, and the DC area, by the Potomac and the big catfish. I've even lived in the District of Columbia. Nothing is happening. Then you get on the internet, and we all have enemies invading our houses. Where does this atmosphere of fear come from? Who is stoking it? Why? We do not live in fear here in the US, and we never have.
The supreme court ruled the police are not legally obligated to protect you.
The Police have recently said they will select what 911 called they will respond to.

Most of our resident Trumptards never left Gooberville.

They sit around the barbershop or fillin' station and curse at liberals after listening to Fatsbo, Levin & Hannity half the day.

It's a little on the sad side if ya know what I mean. :rolleyes-41:

Why is that so hard for you to figure out?

To what crown are you referring?
Like a good little Tory with his head stuck up the crowns ass fucking traitor

Still cannot answer the question, you racist SOB?

Why does anyone need a gun here in the USA?
Because, fuck you. That's all the reason you need.

That information is on a need-to-know basis. I will let you know when you need to know.

And, if you are such a fucking badass, put up a sign on your front lawn stating "We have no guns in this house." Post pictures of said sign on here for all to see, and post your home address.

Otherwise, shut the fuck up, pussy. You are full of shit.

.

Still waiting for a substantive post devoid of half-baked accusations and vulgarity from our beloved Boots.
As IF :D
What accusations?

Did the "vulgarity" offend your virgin ears (eyes)?

It is precisely NONE of your business what guns I need and what I don't need. Period.

Thus, why do I need a gun here in the USA? Because, fuck you. That's as good of an answer as anything else.

You and others sleep safely at night in your homes with very limited amounts of burglary because people like me have guns in our houses.

So, let's test your resolve by taking away the protection WE provide to you hoplophobes.

Put up a huge sign on your front lawn stating that you have no guns. Then, post pictures of that sign on here, with your address. If you're so confident that nobody in the USA needs guns, prove it.

No hoplophobe has EVER accepted this challenge. I wonder why?

.
Is this all about threats to your masculinity??? You Heap Big Man? I'm so impressed.
What does that have to do with rights?

Don't get in a Meme War Dotard :)

No are you a mind reader? Can you predict the future? thousands and thousands of people at one time said what you have said until it happened to them.
Where are you getting this drama from? Are there martians invading your house?
I really hate clueless people
Going to the way back machine the Detroit police chief advised the citizens of Detroit to buy a gun
You are ignorant of life

Your circle of acquaintances is just small. Everyone I know out here in the boonies has at least 8 or 10.

Besides, what difference is it to you how many or what type firearms a person should be able to own? Nobody's forcing you to buy any, are they?

Dude, I just spent 22 years in fucking IDAHO. Granted it was Boise which as the fastest growing city in the country in 2018 isn't exactly the boons. But literally 8 out of 10 guys I knew were hunters. Y'all need to find something better to do with your time. Serious!

So now your position in life is prescribing what others need to do with their time?

Ok. Yawn.

Hmmm ... Tell ya what. As soon as you stop telling women and gays and blacks and browns and immigrants and lib-ruls what they need to do with their time, I'll stop telling you what to do with yours ... MmmmK?
Tell your bimbo liberal politicians to stop trying to ban guns and ammo........If you want a Solar Panel good for you...............you wanna tell me I have to install one..........You need to get my guns and ammo first.

:113:

I never bought an AR or SKS because I don't like those little itty-bitty bullets.
You would love the AR in 50 Beowulf

That's a beast. I'd love to have a pistol chambered in that.

No sir, not me not in a pistol I shot a neighbors SW 500 my right hand hurt for a week because the pistol grip kept sliding in the palm of my hand. It was the first revolver I've shot that actually had a double feed and didn't find out until I shot the fifth and final round.
If the grip had been a little bigger it might not have been so bad.

You're right there is no crime here and the democrats don't let criminals go free all the time.
I've asked her what did her father fear and why did he teach her how to use a gun. She hasn't answered that.
