Fair Wayne Bryant has spent twenty years in prison for .... stealing hedge clippers. Twenty years.
The Louisiana Supreme Court just upheld his LIFE SENTENCE. I have emailed the governor of Louisiana and President Trump, asking that one of them commute his sentence or pardon him. This is insane since murderers spend an average of six years in prison for killing someone. Jacqueline Gardener's three killers are still walking free today on $7,500 bail after killing her May 19, 2012.

Henderson is expected to be sentenced to 6 years for murdering Jacqueline, and would be eligible for parole after three years.
Murder of 24-year-old Jacqueline Gardener on May 19, 2012, after being robbed of $77 tip money.

Defendants are Stephen L. Henderson, Michael A. Craig, and William Blasingame III.

Trial delayed a 9th time for man charged in woman's 2012 murder at S'ville apartment

Henderson admitted he, Blasingame and Craig went to Gardner's apartment armed with a shotgun and a pistol, according to a plea agreement.

Trial delayed for a ninth time. Lake County Court (219) 755-3620

This is how it's done. Just fill in the blanks. That easy.

I agree with you that sentences like these are a travesty of Justice. This type of stuff was also going on in California under the three strikes law. Just right wingers trying to criminalize being Poor.

Equality and equal protection of the laws for unemployment compensation in our at-will employment States is more Just!

Man, those must be some hedge clippers! Can we see a picture of them? :smoke:

That said, he is in prison so long for a LIFETIME of committing one crime after another, and though it doesn't make sense, apparently this is one dumb dog faced pony soldier of a petty criminal who if they ever let out, will just commit another stupid, pointless petty crime, get caught again, and be sent right back to jail, where apparently, HE WANTS TO BE.
