This was a poll to see what the people heard from the media. It was not a poll about intelligence.

Interestingly, they knew nothing about Obama, Reid, Pelosi and Frank....yet they knew of the negative facts and the spin the media spread about Palin.

This was not a case of uninformed Americans. They were well informed as it pertained to negatives about Palin and McCain.

It was an indication of how the media decides elections.

We put foxes in charge of the hen house... and now we're wondering why there's just a few feathers left from what was once thriving egg producers.

I dunno. Did you think Obamacare was petty stupid crap? How about the Iraq War, whichever side you were on?
What would it mean to "hold politicians to account"? Do we sue them if they fail to balance the budget? How about we sue them if they don't deliver enough goodies to our district? They are held accountable every 2 year or every 4 years or every 6 years.
We're here because everyone wants something for nothing. Once we realize there really is no free lunch we can get back to normal.
