The prosecutor has indicated that Officer Darren Wilson will not be indicted for the death of Micheal Brown on Aug 9. The jury found no probable cause to indict Officer Wilson because there were conflicting witness statements and other evidence.

Nor should he be. The evidence was insufficient to convict. Much of the evidence is ambiguous. With strong indications that Brown, at the very least, reached into the officer's car and had a physical altercation with him that involved the officer's gun.

That alone is reasonable doubt with a cherry on top.

So there IS a limit to the reach of Obama and his DOJ.

It doesn't look like the justice department is going to move against Wilson either. So apparently yes, there is a limit.
