Suppose we conduct trials in this country before a panel of 3 judges so the outcome of a given case wont be influenced so much by a single presiding judges political leanings?
Or, suppose any judge that has more than one-half of his bench rulings overturned on appeal in any 5 year period is removed from the bench because he is not basing his rulings on legal precedence.
