So why are some people getting all worked up as if the judge is favoring Rittenhouse, or being political or something? He’s just doing his job as a judge.

Because the left absolutely hates it when the courts do their job and enforce the rule of law.

Not proven. Evidenced. There is a difference. Proof would be a conviction. In a court.

I'll get right on trying to care about your definition of words. Any moment now, I'm sure to start respecting you as having a brain stem. Hold your breath waiting for it.

Per the charges, he was. "Nuh-uh!" is not a good defense.

It is not illegal to hold a chain in public. Sorry. Also, he was not armed with the chain when tangling with Rittenhouse.

Weren't you the one just a couple of posts ago gassing on about how something wasn't "proven" unless there was a conviction? NOW you're telling us that guilt is determined by whether or not one is charged. It's almost like you think reality changes on a dime according to what YOU want it to be.

According to the news reports, the case against Rittenhouse is crumbling. One of the prosecution witnesses said that Rosenbaum was chasing Rittenhouse who fell. Rosenbaum then grabbed the gun, yelling fuck you and was shot. There were other shots fired making Rittenhouse think he was under attack. There is a report that Rosenbaum was shot in the back but it could not have been by Rittenhouse. Two witnesses. Called by the prosecution.

Who fired the other shots?

As I understand it, the bullet that hit Rosenbaum in the back was from Kyle's gun, and it was because Kyle hit Rosenbaum three other times, and the body turned as it fell.

Indiana is an ignorant troll. His assertions change with his target.
